Taking care of what I own already doing regular sorting out. And self care such as home cooked heathy meals regular walks.
And socialising with the crew at the op shop and customers too. Simplicity rhythm of life over chaos and drama.
Sometimes a good life dose not cost a fortune and I count myself fortunate to have the life I do.
